Abstract
In this article, a prototype of the concept of a geoinformation monitoring system for the State Final Certification (SFC) results in the Russian Federation is proposed. The features of the main source of statistical information on the results of the SFC, which is publicly available, are considered, and the use of these results is justified. The possibility of conducting geoinformation analysis at all possible territorial levels has been established and justified, on the basis of which the author’s methodology for studying the results of the state final certification of high school graduates is presented. The necessity of studying the results of the FSC with the indicators of the higher education system of the Russian Federation has been established. The territorial comparability of the statistical accounting of the metrics of the higher professional education system with the territorial accounting of the results of the SFC is described. The main types of analytical and cartographic materials aimed at quantifying the number of SFC participants without taking into account the exam results in the study area have been identified. The work was carried out with the aim of: assessing the impact of the status and type of territory, as well as the established higher education system on the choice of subjects, on assessing the quality of SFC results based on the number of graduates; mapping and analyzing SFC indicators in subjects; considering the possible number of future applicants participating in university admission campaigns. Using the developed methodology, a number of analytical materials were obtained that allow us to talk about the impact of the status of a municipality, which can affect not only the choice of subjects for the SFC, but also the quality of the exam. The proposed prototype of the SFC system made it possible to analyze the main parameters of the SFC and their relationship with the higher education system in Obninsk, as well as existing problems.
