Abstract

GIS of Georgian eparchies is cartographic – GIS product which includes systematized information about Georgian boundary changes in 1920-2002, which is presented with dynamic items on the map. Conditions of Georgian episcopal eparchies in XVIII century by Vakhushti. Georgian exarchate in Russian orthodox church. Map of Whole Georgian orthodox church.Map of Georgian apostolic orthodox church eparchies. The system contains maps of individual eparchies and the database, which is loaded with following information: The area of eparchies, boundaries, number of temples, number of churches, validity periods of religious monuments, physical condition of religious monuments, access communications, present conditions of churches under construction, residential areas surrounding the religious monuments. Absolute height.
