Аннотация
Town planning is aimed at improving the quality of life by ensuring the rational use of territories of their socio-economic and natural resources. Solution of environmental problems associated with the decrease of human impact on the urban environment is a major task of urban planning, which is the basis for a comprehensive environmental assessment of the city.
